No need to leave your house. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class will help with flexibility, improve muscle tone, and builds balance to help prevent falls.

A holistic approach for seniors or individuals that are struggling or want to maintain wellness in their bodies and mind. Improve balance, strength, and focus, while you ease anxiety, and insomnia & manage stress.
You will need a good sturdy chair, one that does not have an armrest is best, a yoga block if you have one, and good internet to stream live.
Please log in 10 minutes before the class. I give lots of modifications, please listen to your body and only do what feels good.
